1. Nationwide Coverage

Rungsaaz delivers unstitched fashion parcels across all major cities, towns, and districts throughout Pakistan via our trusted courier partners (including TCS, Call Courier, and Leopard Courier).

2. Delivery Timelines

• Major Metros (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3 to 4 working days following WhatsApp order confirmation.

• Other Cities & Regional Districts: 4 to 6 working days.

Please note that seasonal volume launches, festive public holidays, and severe weather disruptions may occasionally extend these timeframes.

3. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Delivery

• Standard flat-rate shipping of Rs. 350 is applied on orders below the threshold.

• Complimentary Free Delivery is unlocked automatically on all orders totaling Rs. 5,000 or above across Pakistan.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Because Rungsaaz operates a bespoke WhatsApp order flow, all orders are formally logged as “Pending WhatsApp Confirmation” until our team reviews stock availability with you. Once your package is handed over to the courier, an official consignment tracking number is shared via WhatsApp.
